About Champion
An IALC Champion is a prospect “READY” Manager at Indoprima who has potential to become the future leader.
A Champion will be recommended by the Corporate FA with the following requirements :
- Minimum of five years working with any Indoprima company
- Currently at Minimum level at C5 (Manager)
- Committed to follow the program from start till program completion
Approval for the IALC Champion must be approved by the Management Committee
