About Super Staff

Each Indoprima Company can recommend 1- 2 participant/s in their Finance and Accounting team to join this program

A recommended participant should have the following requirements:

  • Minimum of two years working with any Indoprima company
  • Currently at Minimum level at B10 (Supervisory - Assistant Manager)
  • Recommended by the FA Head and seek proper approval from Directors
  • Committed to follow the program from start till program completion

To further guide FA Head in choosing the participants they can be evaluated by the following:

  • At least achieved B (3.0) rating in two years working at Indoprima
  • Based on HC evaluation (Cadre Assessment Preparation) participant is ready to become an Assistant manager in the next three years
  • Participant must also stay atleast 2 years at Indoprima after the completion of the program

In case the company does not send any participant. Corporate FA can make recommendation as well based on the criteria provided.

Approval for the general participant must be approved by the Coordinating Director
