Indoprima Group, in collaboration with Bank Mandiri, successfully held the Learn & Share 2025: Recruitment & Talent Development and Smart Financial Planning by Bank Mandiri on 24–25 November 2025. This two-day program reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing employee capability and strengthening financial literacy across the organization.

The first day began with a comprehensive presentation on the recruitment framework and selection process within Indoprima Group. Participants gained a clearer understanding of effective and objective hiring stages, including how to assess candidate suitability based on organizational needs. The session continued with an overview of the Talent Development Program, designed to foster employee growth, improve competencies, and develop future leaders within the company.

Additionally, Bank Mandiri provided valuable insights through a Tips & Tricks session on navigating property auctions. This segment became one of the highlights, offering practical guidance on how to participate in property auctions safely and strategically.

On the second day, participants learned about the importance of long-term financial planning through investments. Bank Mandiri delivered an in-depth explanation of various investment instruments such as stocks and mutual funds, along with guidance on selecting investment products that align with personal risk profiles.
