The event took place at Hotel Cleo, Jemursari, Surabaya, in collaboration with Metaprogress, and was conducted in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Manpower's Decree No. 115 of 2022 regarding the mandatory certification of work competencies for labor in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM).
