The event took place at Hotel Cleo, Jemursari, Surabaya, in collaboration with Metaprogress, and was conducted in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Manpower's Decree No. 115 of 2022 regarding the mandatory certification of work competencies for labor in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). This certification supports the HC Maturity program within Indoprima Group, aiming to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of participants in implementing Human Capital in their respective business units.
