IFMP Batch 10: Project Presentations and Winners Announcement
Monday, May 5, 2025 marked an important day for IFMP Batch 10 participants as they presented the results of their projects, which ran from October to April. Participants from various SBUs were divided into 5 groups, each consisting of 6–7 members, and were assessed by a panel of judges. The best participants from each group advanced to the final round, where they were evaluated by director-level panelists, Mr. Bob Budiono and Mr. Budhi Agung P. In the end, two winners were selected for the best projects: Imam Bachroni from PT Indospring, Tbk and Firsty Novemia Hanny from PT IMLI. We hope the IFMP Batch 10 participants will continue to innovate within the company and bring positive contributions to its growth. This event also marked the official closing of the IFMP Batch 10 agenda.

Mr. Bob Budiono, Director of Human Capital at PT. Indospring, Tbk, shared that this is the second batch following the successful graduation of 20 students in the first batch. Mr. Bob emphasized the importance of shifting students’ mindsets from school habits to workplace expectations, as even small mistakes in the industry can have significant consequences. Strong support also comes from Mr. Zainul Arifin, Head of the Gresik Manpower Office, who appreciates the program as a concrete step aligned with Regional Regulation No. 7/2022 prioritizing local labor. Mr. Kiswanto, Head of the Gresik Education Branch Office, encourages more schools to replicate this model to help reduce open unemployment rates. The synergy between PT.
