Kick-Off Young Leader Development Indoprima Group: Preparing Future Leaders

Indoprima Group officially launched its Young Leader Development program through a kick-off event held with great enthusiasm and excitement. This program reflects the company’s commitment to developing top young talent into future leaders who are competent, adaptive, and full of integrity.

The kick-off event was attended by the management team and selected participants from various business units within Indoprima Group. Out of more than 3,000 staff across the group, only 23 outstanding individuals successfully passed the rigorous selection process to join this program. This makes the Young Leader Development program an exclusive initiative for the company’s top talents.

The event opened with remarks from company leadership, emphasizing the importance of leadership regeneration in facing increasingly dynamic and competitive industry challenges.

The Young Leader Development program is comprehensively designed and will run for the next 18 months. During this period, participants will receive a wide range of development opportunities, including leadership competency building, strategic thinking skills, and strengthening of character and company values. The program also includes mentoring sessions, intensive training, and real project assignments that allow participants to sharpen their skills directly in the workplace.
