The program consists of three key development initiatives: I-Fast (Indoprima Fast Track), designed to develop high-potential talent as part of the company’s succession and future talent pipeline; MADP (Manager Acceleration Development Program), focused on accelerating the development of Assistant Managers toward managerial roles; and MDP (Manager Development Program), aimed at enhancing the capabilities and competencies of Managers.
