PT. Indoprima Gemilang Holds BINTALSIK with TNI to Build Discipline and Character Among Program Participants

Surabaya, [September 14, 2026] — PT. Indoprima Gemilang continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing high-quality human resources through a Mental and Physical Development (BINTALSIK) program held in collaboration with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) at Koramil Tandes.

The activity was attended by participants from various talent development programs organized by PT Indoprima Gemilang, including the Officer Development Program (ODP), MagangHub, and Graduate Internship Program (GIP).

BINTALSIK serves as a learning platform for participants to develop discipline, mental resilience, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility. Through a combination of physical and mental development activities, participants were encouraged to step outside their comfort zones while strengthening the character and mindset needed to face challenges in the professional world.

Throughout the program, participants received guidance and direction from TNI personnel. In addition to developing physical endurance, the activities emphasized the importance of teamwork, leadership, adherence to rules, and adaptability within a team.

The participation of individuals from the ODP, MagangHub, and Graduate Internship Program also provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships and foster a greater sense of togetherness among young talents who are currently undergoing learning and development within PT Indoprima Gemilang.

Through this activity, PT Indoprima Gemilang hopes that participants will not only gain valuable new experiences but also be able to apply the values of discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and resilience in their professional activities and daily work environment.
