Strengthening Leadership Through the Indoprima Firstline Management Program (IFMP) Batch 11

Indoprima Group, one of Indonesia’s largest automotive parts manufacturers engaged in the automotive, metal, mining, and property sectors, once again held the Indoprima Firstline Management Program (IFMP). This leadership development program took place on 21–22 May 2025 at Hotel Ciputra Surabaya and was specifically designed to enhance the managerial skills of employees, particularly those at the Assistant Manager level.

Through IFMP, first-line leaders gained in-depth insights into personal development, team management, and strategies to effectively achieve the company’s targets. The training emphasized essential aspects of leadership, ranging from the ability to lead and inspire teams to ensuring each member becomes a productive Team Contributor.
