HC Maturity: Different Perspective to Driving Individual KPI’s

Enhancing Comprehensive Understanding for the 2026 Planning Cycle

From 10–12 November 2025, Indoprima Group successfully held a series of programs titled HC Maturity: Different Perspective to Driving Individual KPI’s. The sessions were conducted across three different locations:

  • 10 November 2025 – Edelweiss Anthurium Room, PT Indoprima Gemilang, Surabaya

  • 11 November 2025 – Hall Room, PT Indospring Tbk, Gresik

  • 12 November 2025 – Dojo Room, PT Indonesia Royal Resources, Pasuruan

As one of Indonesia’s leading industrial groups, Indoprima Group operates across diverse business sectors, including automotive spare parts, metal, mining & recycling, and property investments. This broad business landscape reinforces the importance of strengthening employee capabilities, particularly in understanding and implementing effective KPI development.

The program featured an expert speaker in the field of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Mrs. Imelda Nursalim from PT Surganya Motor Indonesia. She delivered insightful perspectives on formulating effective, measurable, relevant, and strategically aligned KPIs.

Participants gained valuable insights into how KPIs can serve as strategic tools to enhance individual performance and support organizational goals. The comprehensive materials presented by Mrs. Imelda equipped employees with a clearer understanding of developing high-quality Individual KPIs as part of the upcoming 2026 Planning Cycle.

By conducting the sessions across three operational areas, the program enabled broader participation from various business units, strengthening the consistency of KPI understanding and implementation throughout Indoprima Group.

With the completion of this program, participants are expected to apply the knowledge gained to enhance their individual contributions and reinforce a culture of sustainable performance within Indoprima Group.
