Training Problem Solving & Decision Making

Surabaya, September 25, 2024 – Indoprima Group, one of the largest automotive parts manufacturers in Indonesia, engaged in the automotive, metal, mining, and property sectors, has once again conducted a Training on Problem Solving & Decision Making at the Dojo Room, PT NRZ Prima Gasket Surabaya. This training session was attended by 40 participants consisting of employees from various business units within Indoprima Group. The training was led by Mr. D.S. Gondo, Production Manager, who also serves as a Judge and Facilitator for QCC.

This training is designed to equip participants with practical skills in problem-solving and effective decision-making. In an ever-evolving industrial landscape, the ability to face challenges and make sound decisions is crucial for enhancing productivity in the workplace.
