Indoprima Group Facilitates BNSP Certification for Supervisor and Department Head Schemes.
On September 5-6, 2024, Indoprima Group, one of the largest automotive parts manufacturers in Indonesia operating in the automotive, metal, mining, and property sectors, once again held the BNSP Certification Batch 2. The event took place at Hotel Cleo, Jemursari, Surabaya, in collaboration with Metaprogress, and was conducted in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Manpower's Decree No. 115 of 2022 regarding the mandatory certification of work competencies for labor in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM).
This certification supports the HC Maturity program within Indoprima Group, aiming to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of participants in implementing Human Capital in their respective business units. The Minister of Manpower's Decree No. 115 of 2022 requires all personnel in the HRM sector to have competencies certified in accordance with national standards. This certification ensures that every worker possesses adequate skills to fulfill their responsibilities in HR management, especially in the ever-evolving industrial sector.
The certification aims to provide deeper knowledge and practical skills to participants regarding Human Capital management within the company. With enhanced abilities in HR management, supervisors and department heads are expected to contribute more effectively toward achieving the company’s goals.
