Indoprima Group Hosts the Indoprima Firstline Management Program (IFMP) to Strengthen Leadership Skills

Indoprima Group, one of Indonesia’s largest automotive parts manufacturers with a diverse portfolio in the automotive, metal, mining, and property sectors, recently held the Indoprima Firstline Management Program (IFMP) on October 1-2, 2024, at Deka Hotel Surabaya. The program was designed to enhance the management and leadership skills of employees, particularly those at the Assistant Manager level.

This training provided first-line leaders with valuable insights into personal development and strategies for achieving company goals by optimizing their teams as effective Team Contributors. IFMP focuses on essential leadership aspects, including team management, achieving performance targets, and inspiring team members to reach higher standards of success.
