Indoprima Orientation Program (IOP) Gathering 2024 Batch 16

Indoprima Group, one of Indonesia’s largest automotive parts manufacturers with a diverse portfolio in the automotive, metal, mining, and property sectors, held the Indoprima Orientation Program (IOP) Gathering Batch 16 on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. The event was designed to introduce new employees to Indoprima Group, providing an in-depth understanding of its values, business divisions, and overall vision and mission.

In addition to familiarizing participants with the company, the IOP Gathering also served as a platform for new team members to get to know one another and build stronger relationships across various business units within Indoprima Group. By gaining a better understanding of the company's structure and culture, employees are expected to contribute more effectively towards the organization's collective goals.
