Indospring Class: Preparing SMK Semen Gresik Talents for the Automotive Industry
Gresik, February 21, 2025 – PT Indospring Tbk (Member of Indoprima Group), one of the leading automotive companies in Gresik, has once again launched its prestigious recruitment program, Indospring Class, at SMK Semen Gresik.
This program serves as a talent search initiative for vocational school students with outstanding competencies, offering them the opportunity to receive industry training and potential career placements at Indospring. After undergoing a rigorous selection process, only 24 of the best students successfully qualified and earned the privilege to participate in this exclusive training program.
The Indospring Class selection process involved 122 students from SMK Semen Gresik, undergoing three stages of testing: the SKD Test, Psychological Test, and Interview. The program has received positive recognition from the school, which expressed its pride in providing students with the opportunity to develop their skills and embark on their careers in the automotive industry at an early stage.
The selected participants will undergo an intensive six-month training program designed to equip them with relevant industrial skills and hands-on experience in a professional work environment.
