Human Capital Maturity : Agile People, Winning Future

This spirit underpinned the implementation of the Human Capital Maturity program with the theme “Agile People, Winning Future”, held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

The event became a valuable moment for the people of Indoprima Group to deeply explore the importance of agility in facing increasingly complex business challenges.

Two inspiring figures shared their experiences. Sebastianus Dhimas Rangga Saputra, Director of Rutan Group, shared real stories of how companies can grow through innovation and adaptability. Meanwhile, Lim Swie Hok, M.Psi., Psychologist, CEO & Founder of Psyche Humanus, provided a psychological perspective on how to shape an agile and resilient mindset in times of uncertainty.

More than just a seminar, this activity served as a space for reflection and a source of renewed energy. Participants were encouraged not only to understand the concept of agility but also to internalize it in their daily lives:
