A total of 50 companies in Gresik Regency received the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award for their contributions to the development of Gresik. The awards were presented directly by the Gresik Regent, Fandi Akhmad Yani, and the Deputy Regent of Gresik, Aminatun Habibah, at a ceremony held at the Aston Inn Hotel on Thursday (November 30). In his speech, the Gresik Regent, affectionately known as Gus Yani, praised the CSR commitment of each award-winning company. He stated that this commitment is a crucial foundation for infrastructure development and quality human resources. "We need to be smart in viewing the global situation. We are very grateful for the collaboration we have built over the past year. With this cooperation, the industrial potential in Gresik has become extraordinary," said Gus Yani. The CSR awards are divided into four categories: Top Leaders on CSR Commitment for companies with a high commitment to supporting the Gresik Regency Government, and Awards on Star 1, 2, 3, and 4. From Indoprima Group, two companies—PT MK Prima Indonesia and PT Indospring, Tbk—were honored with the Top CSR Award 2023 in the On Star 1 category. Indospring Again Receives Best of the Best Forbes Indonesia Award
PT Indospring Tbk has once again been selected as one of the 50 Best of the Best Companies by Forbes Indonesia in 2022. This marks the fourth time Indospring has received this accolade, having previously won the same award in 2012, 2013, and 2014. The companies awarded are ranked based on a composite score gathered from various growth metrics, and then further filtered based on corporate governance assessments. The company recorded revenue of Rp 2.64 trillion in 2021, a 63 percent increase from the Rp 1.63 trillion recorded in 2020. From this achievement, the company reported a net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders of Rp 159 billion in 2021, a 169 percent increase compared to Rp 59 billion in 2020. Indospring's achievement reflects the company's performance demonstrated by its adaptability and resilience in the face of the ongoing pandemic's economic challenges.
